About me

I am Samir Azar, just an amateur who turned to professional ! My interests in astrology begun since my childhood. After some unhappy experiences, I gave up, but without forgetting about it. My mind, rather Cartesian, was shocked by the way horoscopes are presented in newspapers and magazines, as well as by the profusion of astrologers and other fortune tellers.
In the early 90’s I have been attracted by Indian astrology, or Jyotish, which seemed to me being the mother of the western astrology and other systems. Since then, I developed my knowledge in this field, I wrote in french my book about it and also one introducing Ayurveda, the traditional Indian medical system. I hope having time in the near future to translate them in other languages. Now I am collaborating with an indian team of pandits for services related to jyotish.
The best teaching I kept in my mind, from my studies in astrology, is that in this field, as vast as our solar system, we stay a student our whole life long !
